****Payment: PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted. You can pay using a major credit card through PayPal, even without a PayPal account. All payments must be made upon purchase.
A guide on how to use pay with credit card, and how to use PayPal:
****Large Orders: For large custom orders, please message me. I require that the order be placed before I begin to work.
****Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must request to do so within 24 hours of purchase. However, there is no guarantee that the cancellation will be processed. If the work has already been finished for a custom order or your item has been sent out, even within this 24 hour time span, your cancellation cannot be processed.
****Changes: If you need to request changes to your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. However, if the item has already begun production, no changes can be made.
****Please note that shipping fees include packaging fees, as well.
****Production Time: Turnaround time is 3-5 business days. This is when your item will ship, not when it will arrive.
US Shipping: All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All items shipped to the US and Canada will come with a complimentary tracking number.
****Shipping Address: Be sure to provide the correct shipping address on BOTH your Paypal account and your Etsy account. Please make sure your addresses on PayPal and Etsy match. If they do not match, shipping may take longer, as we have to message you to verify the correct shipping address.
*paper*crane*heart* cannot be held responsible for packages not received if a wrong or incomplete address is provided. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
****Rush Orders: If you need an item by a certain date, please communicate with me BEFORE purchasing the item. I cannot guarantee an item arrive by a certain date. Rush orders may be arranged on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed and paid for prior to production. Rush orders are not available for international orders.
****For International Customers: All import duties, taxes, and other related charges are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the purchases.
****Refunds for Custom Orders: Custom items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. If there is an issue with your item, notification must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the item. If there is a mistake on my part, the item will be replaced.
Refunds will not be given for custom orders where the instructions provided by the customer were incorrect. It is your responsibility to provide the correct instructions for custom messages, style numbers, colors, etc.
****Refunds for Other Orders: If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer returns and refunds for non-custom orders. However, notification must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the item. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any paypal fees, re-listing fees, and shipping fees, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for all said fees, even in the case that they feel that the colors or the shapes of their product were not to their expectations. We try to photograph our products accurately, but please note that colors will display differently on each computer screen, paper placement may be slightly different, and puzzle jewelry will vary slightly in size and shape, as they are made from real puzzle pieces.
In the case that you have received an incorrect item due to a mistake on my part, please contact me for a refund or exchange within 72 hours of receipt of the item. In this case, I will be responsible for all extra shipping fees.
****Damaged orders: If an item arrives defective, I will request verification of the defect via return or a photo. If items are damaged en route due to a packaging error on my part, a refund or replacement will be in order. If you would like to purchase insurance for your item, so it is covered in the case of damage or loss, please message us when making your purchase.
